Sony is going to release the new α300 DSLR camera on July 17th. This 10.2 megapixel DSLR sports a 2.7-inch movable LCD display, a shutter speed of 30 - 1/4000 sec, an anti-dust system that keeps the CCD image sensor clean and clear, and the Quick AF Live View function. It incorporates the company’s proprietary BIONZ processing engine as well as Super SteadyShot image stabilization technology that enables shutter speeds 2.5 to 3.5 steps slower than otherwise possible.

Acer is going to release two new projectors on the Japanese market: Acer P3250 and P5280. The former, retailed at around €600 (about $941), offers a resolution of 1024 x 768, a brightness of 2000 lumens (or 1600 lumens in ECO mode), and a contrast ratio of 2000:1.
